Virtual Morning Program – Healthy Lifestyles: Stretching & Yoga

Stretching can be under appreciated but is beneficial for the activities we do in our daily lives. Share stretching ideas and learn new ones to keep your joints healthy and limit risks of injury. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes to move in and a water bottle!
